This policy explains how CloseWake collects, uses, and protects information when you use closewake.com and the CloseWake application.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, business details, preferences, and timezone. You may also provide quote-related information including customer names, project details, quote amounts, follow-up notes, customer contact information, and status history.

Billing information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. CloseWake does not store your full payment-card number.

How we use information

We use information to operate CloseWake, authenticate accounts, provide reminders, send transactional emails, process subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and provide support.

Service providers

CloseWake relies on service providers including Cloudflare for application hosting, Stripe for subscription billing, and Resend for transactional email delivery.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate CloseWake, when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a permitted business transfer.

Data retention

We retain information as reasonably needed to provide CloseWake, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Billing cancellation by itself does not automatically erase quote history.

Your choices

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
