Free trial: No payment method is required and no paid plan starts automatically. If you later subscribe, you can manage your payment method or cancel directly from CloseWake Settings.

Billing

CloseWake offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card. When it ends, access may pause unless you affirmatively choose a plan. Monthly billing is $4.99 USD per month and annual billing is $55 USD per year, plus applicable taxes where required.

Cancellation

The free trial requires no cancellation. Paid subscriptions can be canceled online from CloseWake Settings and generally remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins because access remains available through the end of that period, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
