Billing and cancellation: You can manage your payment method or cancel directly from CloseWake Settings. You do not need to contact support to cancel.

Billing

CloseWake offers a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you selected begins automatically. Monthly billing is $5.99 USD per month and annual billing is $49 USD per year, plus applicable taxes where required.

Cancellation

You can cancel online from CloseWake Settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and you keep access through that date.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins because access remains available through the end of that period, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
