Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CloseWake. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

CloseWake is a quote follow-up and open-money monitoring tool for small service businesses. It is not accounting, legal, tax, financial, invoicing, or payment-collection advice.

Free trial and subscriptions

Eligible customers may receive a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required. You pay $0 when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription automatically begins when the trial ends.

Standard plans are $5.99 USD per month or $49 USD per year, plus applicable taxes where required.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file.

Cancellation

You can cancel online from CloseWake Settings without contacting us. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged when it ends.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins because service access remains available through the end of that period, except where required by applicable law.

Your data

You are responsible for information you enter and for having necessary rights or permissions to store customer and quote information. Billing cancellation does not by itself automatically delete quote history.

Acceptable use

You may not use CloseWake to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or send unlawful or abusive communications.

Availability

We work to keep CloseWake available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features may change as the service evolves.

Disclaimer

CloseWake is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular number of closed quotes, sales, or revenue.
